DAY 01 / ARRIVAL IN LIMA

Upon your arrival at Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, our transportation service with a representative takes you to the selected hotel.

DAY 02 / LIMA – CITY TOUR AND LARCO MUSEUM

Our guide picks you up from your hotel to begin your Historic Center of Lima tour. Start by visiting the Aliaga House, a colonial mansion with over 5 centuries of history, considered the oldest house in the Americas. Then, explore the Plaza Mayor, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you visit the imposing Lima Cathedral. Finally, visit the Larco Museum, located in the traditional district of Pueblo Libre. The museum boasts a comprehensive collection of pre-Hispanic gold and silver objects and a selection of erotic art pieces. Here, immerse yourself in over 5,000 years of ancient Peruvian history. This tour is shared with other passengers.

DAY 03 / LIMA – CUSCO – CITY TOUR AND NEARBY ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES

Our transportation service with an English-speaking driver picks you up from your selected hotel and takes you to Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima.

Upon your arrival at Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco, our transportation service and a representative are ready to escort you to your selected hotel.

Enjoy a guided tour of the charming and magical city of Cusco, the capital of the Inca empire. Start visiting the Santo Domingo Convent in the Coricancha temple. Then, visit the main temple of the city of Cusco, known as the Cathedral Basilica of the Virgin of the Assumption. Later, tour the Cusco hills of the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, visit the Qenqo archaeological complex, and walk through the Puca Pucara military architectural complex and the ruins of Tambomachay, also known as the Inca spa. Finally, return to the selected hotel. This tour is shared with other passengers.

*Please note that the pickup window for this shared service is 30 minutes from the start time.

*The Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC), included in the itinerary, is a personal and non-transferable document that provides access to 16 important attractions in Cusco and its surroundings, such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay. It also allows entry to various sites in the Sacred Valley Circuit, including Ollantaytambo, Pisac, Moray, and Chinchero.

DAY 04 / CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY – CHINCHERO – OLLANTAYTAMBO – LIVING MUSEUM OF YUCAY

A vehicle picks you up in the morning and takes you to the picturesque town of Chinchero. Explore its impressive agricultural terraces and the 17th-century church, built on an ancient Inca palace. Next, stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the Sacred Valley. Then, visit the Yucay Living Museum, where you witness the creation of textiles, pottery, and silverwork using ancient Inca techniques. Enjoy a delicious traditional lunch in the Sacred Valley. After lunch, visit the impressive Ollantaytambo Fortress, an important ceremonial center known for its remarkable agricultural terraces extending up the surrounding mountains. At the end of this full-day tour, return to your hotel. This tour is shared with other passengers.

*Please note that due to the shared nature of this service, the pick-up window is 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. The Chinchero market is included in tourist visits planned for Sundays.

DAY 05 / SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO

Our transportation service picks you up from your hotel in Urubamba (Sacred Valley) and transfers you to the Ollantaytambo train station. This transfer is shared with other passengers.

*Please note that the pickup window is up to 30 minutes as a shared transfer.

You board the Voyager train by Inca Rail at Ollantaytambo station heading to the Aguas Calientes station (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Upon arrival, you receive assistance. For your return to Ollantaytambo station, you board the 360° train. Each journey lasts approximately one and a half hours, and schedules are subject to availability.

*Voyager Service: Ambient music on board, magic on board: Ollantay (available only on the way to Aguas Calientes).

*360° Service: Live music, USB port to charge mobile devices, magic on board: Ollantay (available only on the way to Aguas Calientes).

Aguas Calientes, located on the slopes of Machu Picchu, features a lively craft market, various restaurants, and lodging options. Just a 25-minute bus ride away is Machu Picchu, an impressive architectural and engineering marvel believed to have been a sanctuary and retreat for the Inca Pachacutec. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu translates to «Old Mountain,» which enchants visitors with its historical grandeur and natural beauty. After the visit, travelers return by bus to Aguas Calientes to begin the journey back to Cusco. This tour is shared with other passengers.

*Remember to confirm your reservation as soon as possible to proceed with the purchase of tickets in advance due to the limited capacity of the citadel. The specific circuit to visit Machu Picchu and schedule will be selected according to availability at the time of reservation confirmation.

In Aguas Calientes, you will enjoy a delicious set lunch menu at Café Inkaterra while taking in the breathtaking view of the Vilcanota River. The restaurant is known for its unique blend of Andean cuisine and contemporary trends, resulting in a fusion-style meal with a distinctive flavor.

After your train journey from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, a transfer will be waiting for you at the train station to take you to the selected hotel in Cusco. This transfer will be shared with other passengers.

*Please note that as it is a shared transfer, the waiting time from the train arrival is up to 30 minutes before departing to Cusco.

DAY 06 / CUSCO DEPARTURE

  • Our accommodation rates include breakfast. Breakfasts have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 06:00 – and 10:00; if the passenger has a transfer or withdrawal before the assigned time, the passenger will lose this benefit and not be able to be compensated in another hotel. The services of Room Service or a box breakfast have an additional cost and don’t compensate for the breakfast that can’t be served.
  • For reservations with train services to Machu Picchu, the seats are assigned according to the availability of the car. Locations can only be arranged after the ticket has been issued.
  • The tickets to Machu Picchu will be purchased as soon as we have the passenger’s information. Once purchased, in case of cancellation, the 100% cost of the ticket will be charged.
  • In case of no-shows (defined according to hotel policy), there will be a surcharge of 18% (IGV – General Sales Tax) in addition to the rate.
  • Groups with over 17 passengers or Incentive Groups may have special cancellation policies depending to the hotels used.
  • For MICE groups, different policies apply depending on the hotel.

DAY 1 | ARRIVAL AT MEXICO CITY

Welcome to Mexico City. Reception at the Mexico City international airport “Benito Juarez”, transfer to the hotel of your choice and lodging.

DAY 2 | GUADALUPE SHRINE – TEOTIHUACAN PYRAMIDS

Breakfast. We will begin our journey in Mexico City visiting the Square of the three cultures, where the past and the present mix; continue to the impressive archaeological zone of Teotihuacan, to admire the monumental Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, the temple of Quetzalpapalotl, the citadel and the avenue of the dead. We will also visit an arts & crafts center. We return to Mexico City to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of America. Return to the hotel and rest of the day free.

DAY 3 | MEXICO CITY – VILLAHERMOSA – PALENQUE

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Villahermosa. Reception at Villahermosa airport and ground transfer to Palenque. Free afternoon. Lodging. Air ticket included.

DAY 4 | PALENQUE – CAMPECHE

Breakfast. We visit the impressive archaeological site of Palenque, this Mayan city surrounded by the jungle. Entrance and visit with a local guide to see its temples, pyramids, and ball game. After that, we travel to the Gulf of Mexico through the state of Tabasco. Arrival in Campeche, Mexican port city known for its colonial buildings and its 17th-century fortifications created to face pirate attacks. Dinner included. Lodging.

DAY 5 | CAMPECHE – MERIDA

Breakfast. Departure to the state of Yucatan, and in just over two hours, we arrive in Merida. Visit the city, the vibrant capital of the state that treasures a rich colonial and Mayan heritage, we know the fortified cathedral of Merida and the limestone church of the Third Order, as well as the Casa de Montejo, a mansion of the sixteenth-century, is an emblem of colonial architecture plateresque. Afternoon at leisure, we suggest you visit the Museum of the Mayan World on your own. In the evening, we include a transfer to attend the “Representation of the Mayan ball”. Lodging.

DAY 6 | MERIDA – IZAMAL – CHICHEN ITZA – RIO LAGARTOS

Breakfast. Today, we have a nice stage to get to know the state of Yucatan. Izamal, one of the most beautiful towns in Mexico, was declared a “Magical Town”. In Chichen Itza, we include entrance and visit to the most important and renowned vestige of the Mayan civilization, a World Heritage Site; we will visit the ancient city and the mythical pyramid of Kukulcán and the temple of the warriors. After the visit, we include a meal of Mayan cuisine. We then travel to Rio Lagartos, a small fishing village in the middle of a Biosphere Reserve. Lodging.

DAY 7 | RIO LAGARTOS – CENOTE CHOJ HA – CANCUN

Breakfast. Today, we enjoy an exciting day where nature is the protagonist. In the morning, we include a boat ride of a little more than two hours. We enter the biosphere reserve; we will be able to see crocodiles among their mangroves, lots of birds, including pelicans and pink flamingos. You can also “live the mud experience” by smearing mud with high concentrations of sulfur, minerals, and salts that act as exfoliants for the skin, leaving a feeling of softness throughout the body. After that, we travel to Valladolid, the third city of the Yucatan with a very nice historic center. We recommend lunch in one of the restaurants in its central square. In the afternoon, we visit the Cenote Choj Ha, managed by the local Mayan community. You will walk along a short path in the jungle to visit its dry cave, and you can swim in the wonderful lake inside the wet cave. We continue to Cancun, arrival at the end of the afternoon. Lodging.

DAY 8 | CANCUN – FREE DAY

DAY 2 | MEXICO CITY

Breakfast. We will start our city tour visiting the cultural and historic Heritage downtown district where we will find the National Palace and its beautiful murals, painted by the great muralist Diego Rivera, the constitution square or “Zocalo”, the Main Aztec Temple and the Metropolitan Cathedral as well as some of the main avenues. Later, we will visit Chapultepec Park and one of the most important Residential areas of Mexico City, and the “Pink Zone”. Return to the hotel and rest of the day free.

DAY 4 | MEXICO CITY – TAXCO

Breakfast. Today we will travel to Cuernavaca, the City of Eternal Springtime, for a panoramic tour of the city, visiting one of the oldest Cathedrals on the American continent, the Palace of Cortes, etc. Continue to the beautiful city of Taxco “World Silver Capital”, to see the famous parish church of Santa Prisca with its impressive baroque Churrigue-rresque style; we will walk through Taxco´s lovely cobble stoned streets and admire the silver-artwork made by our craftsmen, Accommodation.

DAY 5 | TAXCO – ACAPULCO

Breakfast. We will depart to the paradise port of Acapulco, arrival and accommodation at the hotel of your choice. Afternoon free.

DAY 6 | ACAPULCO

All-inclusive plan. Departure to the pier where we will take the “Bonanza” yacht cruise; a three-hour trip around the most beautiful bay in the world within a familiar environment companied by your friends and family members, it includes an open free domestic drink bar onboard, live and recorded music, animator, contests and surprises. (Transfers to the bay cruise included).

DAY 7 | ACAPULCO – MERIDA

DAY 8 | UXMAL AND KABAH

Breakfast. Uxmal is one of the greatest Mayan ceremonial centers well decorated. You will admire the pyramid of the magician, quadrangle of the nuns, the palace of the governor. the finest example of Prehispanic architecture, Kabah, located 65 miles souht of Merida and 14-miles souhtheast of Uxmal.

DAY 9 | CHICHEN ITZA – CANCUN

Breakfast. The capital of the Mayan empire, the biggest and most impressive astronomical Mayan center located 75 miles east of Merida. You will admire The Castillo, temple of the warriors, group of the thousand columns, the sacred or sacrificial water well. At the end of the visit of Chichen Itza takes customers to take their food and then make a change to a previously booked tour bus.

DAY 10 | CANCUN

All-inclusive plan. Free day to enjoy the wonderful talcum powdered turquoise beaches or take an optional tour to Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum / Xel-Há or Cozumel. Our office will be more than happy to suggest alternatives and confirm your flight.
